From organizational knowledge to intelligence to action.
CIP is our proprietary enterprise intelligence platform. It preserves organizational context, retains institutional knowledge, connects information across sources, and assists people in their daily work, inside the permissions your organization already has.
In active development. Guided walkthroughs and design-partner pilots are available on request.
Organizations don't lack information. They lose context.
Every enterprise accumulates context continuously: in documents, conversations, meetings, decisions, projects and business systems. Most of it fragments. It sits in places no one searches, depends on people who move on, and loses the reasoning that made it meaningful.
General-purpose AI tools make this worse in a quieter way. Each conversation starts from nothing, answers arrive without sources, and permissions are an afterthought rather than the foundation.
CIP starts from a different premise: organizational knowledge should become persistent, contextual, trustworthy, and actionable intelligence.
An intelligent work assistant that remembers, cites, and respects boundaries.
The central experience is conversation, sustained across text, voice, documents and meetings. People ask, think aloud and decide; CIP keeps the context, finds what is relevant, and shows where it came from.
- 01
Less repeated explanation
Context you gave once is still there next week, so people stop re-briefing the assistant and each other.
- 02
Continuity between work sessions
Conversations, meetings and decisions carry forward instead of resetting every time a window closes.
- 03
Faster access to what the organization knows
Answers drawn from the documents, conversations and transcripts a person is authorized to see.
- 04
Assistance that understands context
The assistant knows which organization, workspace and project it is working in, and what belongs there.
- 05
Institutional memory that survives change
Decisions keep their rationale and history when people move on, and superseded positions stay marked as such.
- 06
Trust through provenance and authorization
Every grounded answer cites its sources, and nothing reaches the model that the person couldn't open themselves.
- 07
Support for collaborative, ongoing work
Shared workspaces give a team one body of knowledge and instructions to build on together.
We describe outcomes, not percentages: CIP has not been measured in a customer deployment, and we won't quote productivity figures until it has.
Six capabilities, each labelled with what exists today.
CIP is explained through six architectural capabilities. Underneath each is a set of concrete facets, and every facet carries its maturity, so you can see the difference between what works now and what we are designing toward.
- Available in pilot
- Working in the Cirrusage-operated CIP environment today, shown in guided walkthroughs and available to design-partner pilots. Not generally available.
- In development
- Partly built, or built and not yet validated end to end. Being actively engineered.
- Architectural roadmap
- Part of the platform architecture we are designing toward. Not built yet.
CAPABILITY A
Organizational Context
Understanding how people, projects, teams, roles and priorities relate, within the organizational boundaries and permissions that already exist.
- Organizations, workspaces and projects as enforced security boundariesAvailable in pilot
- Members, roles and restricted projectsAvailable in pilot
- Relationships among people, teams, projects and prioritiesArchitectural roadmap
CAPABILITY B
Institutional Memory
Persistent knowledge, decisions and history, each tied to its source, governed through its lifecycle, and kept distinct from what has since been superseded.
- Personal, workspace and organization memory with review controlsAvailable in pilot
- Provenance to original sources; versions, supersession, disputes and audit historyAvailable in pilot
- Current versus superseded decisions across all retrieved historyIn development
- Retention holds and erasureIn development
CAPABILITY C
Reasoning & Intelligence
Context-aware retrieval, synthesis and analysis across the knowledge a person is authorized to see, with answers that cite where they came from.
- Permission-trimmed hybrid retrieval with cited answersAvailable in pilot
- Synthesis across documents, conversations and meeting transcriptsAvailable in pilot
- Contradiction detection and pattern analysisArchitectural roadmap
CAPABILITY D
Continuous Intelligence
Intelligence that accumulates from ongoing work, so each conversation builds on the last instead of starting over.
- Continuity across sessions: conversations become searchable knowledgeAvailable in pilot
- Live meeting assistance with participant consent and speaker separationAvailable in pilot
- Event-driven ingestion from other systemsIn development
CAPABILITY E
Intelligent Action
The longer-term path from insight to action: recommendations, workflows and tool integrations, with agents that operate under policy and human oversight.
- Recommendations grounded in organizational contextArchitectural roadmap
- Governed workflows and enterprise tool integrationsArchitectural roadmap
- Agents with policy controls and human oversightArchitectural roadmap
CAPABILITY F
Security, Privacy, Compliance & Governance
Foundational, not a feature: identity, isolation, policy, provenance and auditability enforced in every layer, from storage to retrieval to the model.
- Enterprise sign-in with Microsoft Entra IDAvailable in pilot
- Isolation enforced in the database, storage, search and retrieval, never by promptingAvailable in pilot
- Keyless service identity; encryption in transit and at restAvailable in pilot
- Federation with other identity providers (SAML / OIDC)Architectural roadmap
- Compliance control mapping and evidenceArchitectural roadmap
One foundation, many users.
The engine is shared. What sits on top of it depends on who is using it: an individual, a team, a leadership group, or an industry-specific application. These are product directions, labelled honestly, not modules for sale.
Personal Intelligence
A work assistant that carries context across conversations, documents, voice and meetings, and remembers what matters under the person's own control.
Available in pilotTeam Intelligence
Shared workspaces where authorized teammates build on the same knowledge, instructions and history. Shared workspaces work today; team-level intelligence is being built.
In developmentExecutive Intelligence
Leaders conversing with the knowledge of the functions they are authorized to see, with every insight traceable to its source.
Architectural roadmapIndustry Applications
Specialized applications that reuse the engine for regulated, knowledge-intensive work. The first initiative is Cirrusage Life Sciences Intelligence.
In developmentLife Sciences Intelligence →Partner Solutions
Applications and integrations built by technology partners and enterprise customers on CIP's services and APIs.
Architectural roadmap
How the layers fit together.
Experiences on top, the intelligence engine in the middle, enterprise knowledge underneath, and security, privacy, compliance and governance through every layer.
Deployed where your data needs to be.
One application, three reference deployment models: Cirrusage-hosted, inside your own cloud, or on private infrastructure. See which exist today and which are on the roadmap.
Deployment options →Trust is the architecture, not a badge.
Isolation enforced in the data layer, keyless service identity, provenance on every answer and governed memory. And a plain statement of what we have not been certified for.
Trust & Security →See CIP working on real organizational knowledge.
We run guided walkthroughs of the platform as it stands today, and are taking on a small number of design-partner pilots that shape what comes next.
